The name bluu drives the original name of the famous Blue Note Jazz Club, Hoxton Square. The name needed to be adapted to fit with the new funky, style conscious image and to therefore help create the ethos of the offering, so, the name bluu was created. What makes bluu unique is the fact that the fine dining restaurant, premium ground floor bar and basement bar all operate as one and they create enormous synergy within the venue.
